Aftercare for tooth gems after application

• Do not touch or play with the gem/jewel with your hands or tongue.
• Wait at least one hour to eat or chew gum.
• Eat softer foods for the first 12 hours.
• You can drink immediately after the gem/jewel is placed.
• Wait 12 hours before brushing your teeth.
• Wait 24 hours before using an electric toothbrush.
• Perform the normal/necessary dental hygiene like brushing your teeth, flossing, and mouthwash to keep plaque from building up around the gem.
